Credit Application

Below is our credit application. Please fill out everything to your best knowledge. Banks will need to verify your standing with the Secretary of State in your state and will need you to use your legal business name and not a DBA. Your debt to income ratio is a huge factor in getting an approval so please list all of your income. If you are wanting to run your loan as business only, banks will still require us have all the information in the bottom section. Please list in the special instructions if you would like us to run your credit as business only without guarantor (this will usually result in a higher interest rate).
